[B]Acer x193w[/B]

My first post for help! I have this LCD on my desk for a week now.

[B]ISSUE:[/B] Two seconds to blackout.

What I already did:
-Replaced all electrolytic capacitors.
-Fixed bad solder joints.
-Used external inverter to test CCFLs.
-Tried a known working LCD panel w/ good CCFLs.

*I found out that the 2 CCFLs on top are busted...

hi! i'm new here. i have the same model as this and got the same issue. two ccfls on top are busted. it's hard to get a replacement from where i am.

is there any way i could run this lcd with only 2 bottom ccfls?

i saw an article online about bypassing the feedback.
