First time posting here...So I'm feeling a little intimidated.
I've had nearly the exact same problems with a friends Hannspree HF237HPB.
After checking for any all visual problems I went ahead and checked all the caps with my DCR ESR tester, everything tested "Good" but of courese me not trusting my equipment I went ahead and replaced ALL the caps on the main power board....no change...thinking and thinking...So I went ahead and looked around my basement for an old LCD I'd taken apart a year or so ago. Found one and low and behold it...
