hi, i start saying i am a noob and maybe i am asking something really stupid

i have a blown mosfet (q521) that burned around him every pins.

I noticed , watching this boardview ( gtx 1060 evga 6gb)that these 4 pins followed a circuit on the left , may i ask you if i can fix everything using some pad strips and attach everything on the small copper line you can see on the photo ?
Also, may i know what does this mosfet do?
what is 12v_f/steer ?

P.S. Sorry if i am asking something really stupid but really , i don t even know where...

Hi guys , Sorry but i am new here and i am a neewbie either , i was searching for some boardview about rx 570 and i found it , but i dont know how to open CAD files, they just dont work on AutoCAD.
