For posterity : I had a Dell Inspiron 13-7359 with 2 amber 4 white, which means board or chipset issue, and it would also randomly boot and shut down soon after.
This bios fixed it....

There is a chip marked AWWBRD and I can't find anything about it online...
If somebody knows what I could replace it with or what it is I might have a chance at fixing this laptop.
