multimeter, the caps i replaced are as follows
1000UF 35V (replaced 1000UF 10v) is was told it is Panasonic - [34VTX - (M) CE FC] Golden and blue in color
2200uF 10v (replaced same value) is was told it is Panasonic - [SXE (M) 4 (2) NQ] Grey/redish and white in colour
1000uf 25v - VENT and (something then UX cannot really make it but i think YUX) color black and white

First and foremost Happy 2012, I am newbie to this so please be gentle on meI am trying to pickup electronic repair as hobby and I really enjoy it and I just started it 6 months back, I was able to fix 2 TVs easy fix bad caps
I have this TV SAMSUNG LA40R81BDX, I managed to replace the capacitors that were bulging as shown in picture because TV was no picture, so I was happy as this was going to be another easy fix; however when I tried turning it on it still did the clicking noise! I had checked every single cap and all seem to be ok as I got Blue ESR meter, I have attached...
