I lost old bios chip now i got empty chip from friend but i need bin if anyone can help me it will be golden !

I found on hp website exe tryed to open it but there is some bin file which is not 4mb like bios chip its random so i need help for real dump of 4mb

So quicks question i have mini atx motherboard with blown capacitors 820uF 6.3v can i replace them with 1000uF 25v (its only what i have atm here so just wondering to get proffesional answer on this tnx ! . its little confusing many says yes many says no so i thinkl this is best place to be asked: )

its for model 17 - e010sm it is also compatible with 15 versions. idk how to change name of topic will learn

Here is better version where you dont need to change region serial number etc when you flash it it is rdy to go just flash it and its rdy
