Same problem. I tried flashing the first original dump of this laptop and now it also won't turn on and has the same problem. Maybe the problem is not in the bios but in something else (bootguard......)?... -
The defect is the same (3, 6)

The error repeats (led 3, 6). Also with this bios I tried recovery from a flash drive (attached a photo) but led code 3, 6 repeats, and reboots. After 3-4 restarts the matrix test starts....

I flashed this bios, but got led 3 amber 6 white. Tried to download the recovery file via usb drive (.rcv) The device now did not ask for a password for the bios. The dell logo appeared on the screen and the recovery process began. I received a message (bios updated successfully - restarting the system) but then again error 3, 6

my laptop stopped turning on.
I saved the damaged dump "old64 and old128" and flashed the working dump that I downloaded from the previous posts "Vostro 3500_FT6BSD3(1) and Vostro 3500_FT6BSD3(2)", after which the laptop started working correctly, but constantly gives the error "manufacturing mode active" and the coolers work at full power. If press alt + F before loading the OS, or FN + X the coolers work correctly. However, after restarting the same problem again.
Please help disable "manufacturing mode".

The sku number is located on the bottom cover and is signed as “ProdID”. After that, you need to download the "HP DMI Tool" program in the Windows OS, where the UUID will be specified. Enter the UUID in the bios and save the data. Open dmi tool and lock MPM to remove "booting in manufacturing program mode" text. You may have an incomplete “Mac Address Pass Through” field in bios (located on the CT board sticker). Check and save the changes
