oops sorry guys no im trying to find out why some have vent printed on them and if there some kind of specific purpose capacitor just so wen i do go to buy replacements i dont buy the wrong ones. already looked on digikey for suitable ones but they dont have vent written on them so is it just a thing capxon print on theirs.

thanks for the reply. couldnt get the camera to focus at such a close range and it only a small board. do you think replacing them will work or it just worth a shot?
could you also tell me what it means when they have vent writen on them? is it a different type of capacitor as when i put vent capacitor in the search bar all i get is info on the dmage. what should i search for when looking for replacement just capacitors of the same value?...

hi all i have a 32 inch hannspree tv and it just went dead.
i opened her up and on the power board i found seven bloated capxon vents.
my question is does anyone know what might cause this or did they cuase the failure themselves. there is no other obvious signs of damage around the board but im no electrician so any advise is welcome. if the vents were replaced is it possible that nothing else will have been damaged after they went bad.
i wrote down all the details from each one but wont bore you with these but does anyone know what brand i should replace them with without...
