I have also an SC board 4782 (AF) on my Panasonic TX-P50V10E with 7 blink.
As many other users I already identified some bad Q. Just a question on how to test IC and PC in board (without the need to de-solder them). What should I measure? i.e. resistance from VCC/VIN/VOUT pins to GND pin or also between different pins in the chip (i.e. resistance between VIN with VOUT etc...)? For example, what should I measure in the IC561 (buffer) and what values should I read for a good or bad chip?
