I have the same model tv that I got from my sister she told me when the picture went out you would still be able to hear sound but I have yet to hear sound when I attempted to troubleshoot when I turn on the set no picture no sound I've tried hooking up cable figured it would automatically detect and maybe I'd hear sound but the red light in front of tv does come on an thats about it Im assuming ins the inverter but im unsure any suggestions?? would be greatly appreciated thanks......
