I was gifted a Shuttle K45. PSU is good. Red LED lit on mobo but it doesn't respond to power button.
I've cleared cmos, tested RAM. Tried directly jumpering the motherboard power on pin (I believe JP5-pin 6) to ground.
Reading online this mobo appears to be somewhat unreliable but I like the enclosure.
Not sure if it's worth troubleshooting it? If yes, would appreciate some advice. I don't see any visually failed caps.
