Hi Everyone, have a strange one here, I've an Acer Chromebook that will not charge off the mains adapter, however if the battery is fully drained it will charge off a usb 3 or a 5v mobile adapter. The power adapter also will not power the chromebook with the battery discharged or with the internal battery disconnected. If for any reason the charge cable is disconnected from the 5v source it will not charge until the battery is fully discharged again!

Hi am looking for a bios for Samsung NP950QDB to see if a bios flash can bring this back to life, all I get is one long ang three short blue led flashes.
