Re: Requesting BIOS for NEC VersaPro VX-2
Actually I didn't solve the problem.
Today I checked on the motherboad with DMM for further possible faults, then I found the CPU on the laptop was shorted to death.
If I change the CPU for a working one, that might bring it back to life, but I don't have that skill nor the budget to have someone to do it.
Therefore unfortunately there is no meaning for me to get a working BIOS now.
As you said, this info might help someone in the future.

Re: BIOS Request for Frontier NL Series (Core i3 10110U)
Thanks to your BIOS data, my bricked laptop has come back to life after reflashing BIOS.
Without your help I couldn't have got to know that this was a rebadged model for Clevo NJ50CU.
I'm pretty new in BIOS repair, but you've motivated me to learn more.
SMDFlea, You made my day!

Re: New Members - please post your introductions here
Hello guys!
I'm Yossy from Japan.
I love repairing electronics from laptops to washing machines. Since I was a kid, I couldn't help but disassemble literally any kind of electronics. So sometimes I got scolded by my parents for breaking down things. LOL. These days I enjoy watching Youtube channels and learn how to fix dead laptop or smart-phones. I didn't know about Badcaps since AdamantIT mentioned this forum to solve the difficult repairs. I would like to be a member of electronic enthusiasts here. Thank you...
