So I find the chips for upgrade. It's Samsung K4B8G1646Q-MYK0 and find the place where strap is
I will change the memory and "play" with strap, good luck for me)
Strap is other side near CPU

On board i have 4 banks of Micron MT41K256M16HA-125 (D9PXV) bga 96 balls
Is it real? Please, if u got this one with 4gb onboard ram, could u tell me what kind of memory used. -
