Acer Aspire A514-54-36ZW BIOS

I need help in recovering my laptop Acer Aspire A514-54-36ZW. Issue before was power loop (on and off for 2-3 seconds blank screen).
After trying to erase the BIOS, the loop disappears and it's totally dead. Power LED is working if I attached the battery but when battery is removed. Power LED is dead. I checked the board, it says [B]FH5AT LA K091P REV. 2.0[/B]. I also the check the BIOS chip it says:

2041C[/B]
Hope it is the right chip.

Hi sir, that's the only backup file I have. I already performed reset on the chip. Sorry, I'm totally a newbie here, please help.

I have a downloaded bios from the acer website, but the file is in .exe. I tried extracting it and used the bin file but it's not working. Can you help me find the right bios file?

Issue: Boot loop. Power on for 2seconds with no display then shutdown automatically.
I also attached the old bios.
