This problem is characteristic of the north bridge chip BGA. Do reballing chipset, and probably solve the problem.

I have placed four 330uf capacitors and has worked in some cases. When not working I added two more capacitors 220uf, working perfectly.
What I have always done is to check the capacitance of each plate before welding.Leave a comment:
