Thank you! It doesn't work, has the same problems, can't shut down normally, black screen, power still on and fan spins fast.

Hi, I have a Dell Latitude 7290, it can't be shut down, black screen but the power is still on and the fan spins fast. I have to hold down the power button to shut it off. here's bios backup. Thank you!...Leave a comment:
