I have a Vizio model L30e. The problem started a few weeks ago, every once in awhile the picture would shut off but the tv itself would stay on audio still working. After a few times of doing this now the picture doesn't come on at all but the tv still powers on and has sound, the screen does light up at first also when first powering on only to return to total blackness. I was wondering if this could be bad caps? I called Vizio and they said it was probably a problem with the video board or power supply but I really don't want to spend $250 to repair something that I could do myself for a lot...
