I also tried that both with the same result as when both ribbons were disconnected. It blinks once and then the screen goes to a dim light that stays on, but doesn’t blink.Leave a comment:

No.. Basically I’m asking if by what I’ve described does it sound like the main board or the panel. He insisted that the main board he sent works and that it must be the panel, but I dont know if he is just saying that because I paid for it. It went from doing nothing to changing the main board and now the standby light blinks on and off and the LED’s blink on and off when everything is connected and a solid dim light when the ribbions are disconnectedLeave a comment:

We had a power outage and the tv was dead when the power came back to the house.
When plugged in my tv had no stand by light and the led’s did not come on.
Here's what I've looked at:
Unplugged main board from power supply - Backlights come on and do not blink.
I changed the main board and now the led’s blink on and off, but show no picture. When the ribbons that go into the main board are detached the tv will blink 1 time and then go to a solid dim light on the screen with no picture. The company who sold me the main board... -

I have the same TV with the same initial issue after a power outage and purchased the same part. When plugged in my tv had no stand by light and the led's did not come on.
