Sorry i forgot to include it. The motherboard does not turn on, computer blinks when initial power is inverted from external source, not battery. I can see that it receive power when plugged in. i'm unsure what IC is, there is no name beside it, the MB is a LA-E161P Rev 1.0 2017-02-07 if it helps. Can i still se the resistance if i cant turn on the MB, i've tried but it keeps fluctuating, and dosent give me a fixed number
