thanks tom66...unfortunately NO INSURANCE at that time...i will try the bathing of the components..sometimes it seems that the picture is getting a lil better than when i first plugged it up...at least i can make out the picture now

proscan 40" 40ld45q...picture issues
i have this tv..i had a fire at my apartment but the room the tv was in had little to no damage...i did notice on the tv when i cleaned that it was a lot of soot however...now the tv shows extremely bright and adjusting the "bright control" does not help also around the peremiter theres like a halo....does anyone know whats going on and what if anything i can do? HELP!!!
