Did you try removing and replacing the 3V battery? It looks that a depleted battery can cause problems like that.

I have been searching for some days in different places, archives, forums... no way. Nobody seems to have the schematics for the Mac Mini 2006 (The core duo version, ma608ll/a).

That year there were two mac minis, but I think they share the same motherboard.
