I need the schematic and boardview for this motherboard

Laptop model: HP Laptop 15-dy2052la
Motherboard: DA0P5HMB8F0 REV:F Model: OP5H
Basically, the board is in a loop where it tries to turn on, waits for 3 seconds, turns off, and then repeats the same process again. Previosly, it would turn on correctly with just the battery, and the issue only occurred when the chargar was connected. However, now it's doing the same thing with both charger and battery.
[B]Also i found this boiling chip and a broken capacitor. Any idea wich chip it could be? [/B]
