I need help. This machine was supposed to have its password removed, but after removing the 32-bit and 16-bit BIOS chips and using a program to remove the password, I put them back on the board and it no longer turns on. The LED near the power connector keeps blinking and nothing else happens. I put the original BIOS chips back in and it's still the same. I checked the resistors around it and they are all okay.

but i try write other codes but dont can erase old code,,
has anyone got this problem?
it's like the ite only accepts the original code..
