Hi Tom, I don't put any pressure on the Tcon, just the slight touch. Is any possibility that both TCon have the same fault?

Finlux 37FLH845, lines on the Screen
Have a problem with my Finlux 37FLH845, no picture, only horizontal and vertical lines. I swap the T-Con but is problem still there. When I try to check the T-Con for overheating elements with my finger,I find one area where the picture is comes back. Any ideas what this???
T-Con: LG 6870C-0247A

CELLO C3298F fuzzy picture
Have a problem with my CELLO C3298F LCD TV/DVD. Tv operate fine only color is not correct, all like rainbow. Mainboard is CV109H V2.1 DTZ0/W302G.
Maybe some one has same issue before, is this epprom has been corrupted?
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
