don't use hard disk regenerator if your hard disk having more bad sectors if less its ok u can repair this all software is like bad bread cover with butter
when ever any computer/ laptop comes with windows issues first listen to the drive if it make some odd sound or not second use hdd tune software to scan and check your hdd it will give you the status of hard disk this software is available in hiren boot cd in system info option or u can download check if temp goes above 45 or 50 degrees your hard disk is bad even it has no bad sectors...

send the correct model number you will find on front panel back panel
and if you open laptop give the board number and ver of board if possible send image of motherboard

hi friend first of all mistake can be happen but to rectify them is very important. sometime mistake are payable so now it is depend on you how you convenes the customer one thing you can do is to inform your customer that your hard disk is bad need to replace give him the price tell him new hard disk have one year warranty I will install software for you free of cost and I will try to recover your data what ever I will get it recovery will take 5 to 10 days ? if he really need data he will be ok because he also have no option once he get his laptop...

solution for this is dissmentel laptop remove mother board remove ram cpu cmos battery
from motherboard look do you have gpu on mother board if gpu present just heat the gpu for 1 minuts by using smd rework station or 30 sec by hot gun assemble the laptop and it start working normal but dont forget to clean cpu fan dust before assembling laptop remove 3 screw of fan unit and cleane by brush or cleaner this problem is occure due to fan vantilation problem as soon as your laptop work after loding windows download new version of bios and...
