On pin 14 of IC4101 is 5V so it is OK ( no fault ), but I dont have PANEL_VCC_ON and BL_ON why :-( :-( :-(Leave a comment:

Hi all,
I'm coming to you for advice. On my desk I have this TV that does not turn on. When the TV is plugged into the network and the POWER ON button is pressed, only the red LED is lit.
I checked all the voltage on the P-BOARD:
6V - stynd by
16V
40v backlight
I found out that I can't get a voltage of 12V on the T-CON. Power supply 16V to the circuit IC4101 goes, I just do not know if this circuit controls the processor IC8000. Do you happen to know anyone ?
