I have a Gigabyte RX 5700 which was having a burnt MOSFET problem, so I removed the drmos and isolated the burnt pads.
So after that, it was working normally. So for testing purposes, I ran unmark benchmark and within 1 minute the GPU crashed and showed green color, and turned off the display signal.
So initially I thought there might be a VRAM issue but later after diagnosing the board I found out there is no Mvdd on the coils
guys I have a Asus gtx 1060 which has a Vram issue, I bought the right VRAM and waited a couple of weeks to arrive, but now when I reball the chip it is still showing an error in exact same channel.
I have reball the proper C0 Channel, and reballing process also went perfectly ( no short in Mvdd and having 65 ohms resistance in the rail )
Guys, i have a question if the GPU is not artifacting ( no display at all ) and while testing we found out a particular VRAM chip is faulty,
Can we recover that card?...
