The label on the PCB is PDB1, so I got confused as it was from another region of the PCB, but now I found it!

Actually, I found that there are two other parts who need replacement, sorry if I didn't include this in my previous post as I wasn't aware of them before…
One is labelled [B]43t [/B](if I am not reading it wrong) and another resistor labelled [B]2R0[/B].

Yes I don't suspect the motor, I didn't put the card back yet to see the status of LEDs (lack of space where I live) but I am also still looking for the service manual of this card, I found that is goes by this reference SZTM113MCB as well and I really looked for it all around the web but without luck... I mainly need this to be able to check the test points and see if I can pinpoint at least where the problem is coming from and then I will just purchase the most suspicious parts in that area and just replace them without any further investigation...Leave a comment:

I would like to learn about how to fix this myself as I am a electronic hobbyist but I lack testing hardware for the moment (I just have a multimeter and a soldering station) and the appropriate knowledge of course too ... If I understood you well, I should better plug it back and see if the LED help me figure out the issue or some other signs and proceed from there?

Thank you everyone for replies, I will make sure to upload close photos of both side of the card asap tomorrow... I did the visual inspections and nothing seems faulty visually but I didn't do the tests with a multimeter yet, I've been reading on some other websites and forums about similar issue and it seems quite commons that these controller boards fail and some figured out what is the issue, but they are just selling repair service a refurbished card at high price point... this controller board is used in several Treadmills...Leave a comment:

it is not glued but the axis is riveted and it is not easy to remove it without breaking something, your best options are to try to tin the wires and then use small soldering tip to slide it under or maybe heatgun, but the best option as eccerr0r said is to try to cut the plastic underneath with a dremel or a sharp tool, maybe cutting pliers can do the job too... otherwise just throw it and buy another one most of the time you spend more time that what this kind of repair are worth.Leave a comment:

Please anyone has the schematic diagram? I need to know the value of C31 and retrace what may be the cause of it's explosion so I can replace all of them.
I want to know also if this PSU is worth my time repairing it? since I did found it trashed by someone and I've seen that it's 600W which I consider a good PSU but I am not expert in this, just trying to save some hardwar from trash yard and putting a second life to it.

Another succes story by replacing most of Capacitors but The problem was due to CM802 (18nF 630V) bought from this guy in ebay (really great service and fast shipping) :
