  • Re: Hisense 60K390PAG stuck on boot

Are you saying I might need to open it and change it from 55'' to 60''?
Almost ready to take this thing to the tip and drive over it.

That link is much more user friendly.
One download and I managed to get a PKG file from it.
Formatted usb drive as FAT32 loaded software onto it and... Nothing.
Have used that drive for software updates on other things so it should be ok.

However that is for a 55 inch and mine is 60 inch. I would think the process should still at least try and work though.

I do feel we have progress...

I have just connected the tv to Ethernet now and will leave it powered up for a while.

I can't work out how to use the download link website. I try and do what the youtube video shows but it does not work. Cannot pass human verification and it just takes me to some McAfee virus site or other. I have tried it on three different days and was unsure if it really is legit.

No reset button to be found.
Have tried all sorts of reset procedures.
Have tried everything in the link you provided.
    Nothing seems to work.

I believe the reset button is on the ROKU tv and not the android ones.
I have tried the link provided and cannot work out how to make it work. All it wants to do is install adblockers and other bcrap. I watched the video on how to do it but it does not really work the same foe me. Seems dodgy.

It is a good thing to know as I will never buy this brand for this reason. And any tv I do buy I will be sure to get the firmware on usb before it breaks.

  • Re: Chinese no brand ultrasonic cleaner

A bit more research this morning. Looks like the driver that ran 1 transducer is 50 watt. The other driver I think I tossed out was 100 watt. Might just try and find a new 100 watt driver. But I can't remember the frequency. The inductor stickers are long gone.

Yeah funny that. I also saw a post on Facebook in Australia stating they have firmware available and how to do it. However I have contacted them twice and they say there is nothing available to them. Even older versions. I believe that is not true but what can I do.

  • Chinese no brand ultrasonic cleaner

I bought an ultrasonic cleaner from ebay and after a couple of years it blew one of the driver boards fuse and a couple of diodes. I replaced the parts and it worked for a while then died again. Since then I have thrown out the board and just use one. The unit had 2 drivers and the good one drives 1 transducer only. The fried board was driving 2 transducers. The unit works on 1 transducer but is weak in power. I am tempted to connect the 2 transducers that were driven by the dead board. And leave the single disconnected. Not sure if it there is a fault in them and will just kill the driver. As...

I have spent hours looking for some firmware for this thing with no luck. I have seen the board for sale in sizes from 50, 55 and 60 inch. I would be even keen to try and see it will start an update with any firmware as if it does not do that I may as well take it to the dump. Any links to something I could try as a test?

  • Hisense 60K390PAG stuck on boot

Hi this is my first question here so hopefully I can stay out of the naughty corner. I have spent time looking on here for solutions and now will ask.

The TV was given to me as it stopped working. It is almost certain there was a power surge around the time it stopped. When turned on it says Hisense powered by android. Then the screen goes black then displays the next image which the colours change a bit but never goes past that. I have tried all sorts of reset etc and believe it has corrupted firmware. I have contacted Hisense Australia and they say they have no firmware available...
