I get to the step of pressing space twice
but what would restore the original BIOS?
back the backup file? for the bios c.i?

I did the processes listed in the post, I get to the part of pressing space twice and turning it off, but when I turn it on again it is looping, falling on the lock screen whenever I restart, what to do now?
