It has updated the keyboard firmware, but now it is stuck at "Protected by hp sure start". I can't go to the BIOS settings or anything.
Do you have any idea to "unstuck" this?

Hi,
I have a HP Elite x2 1013 G3, but I can't unlock the BIOS. There is a tiny board where -I think- there are 2 chips:
-1 with a 16MB size: G 25B127DWIG
-1 with a 32MB size: winbond 25Q256JV
I tried to unlock, both with RCUnlocker, the 16MB worked but the 32MB had a wrong size error, and I think it is normal.
Anyway, I still have the BIOS password required when I boot the computer. It says "Final step flashing BIOS, do not shutdown", it reboots and asks for password.
Can you do something for me?
