Hoping you might be able to help me with an odd issue. I have a bank of 4 NEC E464 commercial screens that have been running on an ~8hr cycle for maybe 5 years. I unplugged them during some electrical work, and when I plugged them back in, one refused to come back up. It doesn't respond to the hard buttons or the remote at all. The main "clue" I have to work with is that the standby light blinks twice on a 10-second interval. I can't find a technical manual for these screens to see what that indicates.
