I found replacement strips for the TV. Should I replace all of them at one time? Or am I good just replacing the one and rolling with it? Thanks!...

RCA LED42C45RQ Power, no sound or picture.

My problem is a bit different in the fact that I can turn the TV both on and off. I'm fixing this for a friend and TV repair is a bit new to me. My name is Ray and like many posts I've seen, I to have been working on computers for myself, friends and family. I recently was asked to fix a TV and down the rabbit hole I go. There is a lot to learn and besides the basics of testing the LEDs would like to know how one goes about testing the individual parts of the circuit boards.
