At this point, I think the problem is not bios related. I asked Sapphire to send me a bios for this exact model. When I got the bios, I tried it, still nothing. Maybe the gpu itself is bad or i dont know. Its pretty weird to have all voltages pesent, but fans are still not working...Leave a comment:

Unfortunetaly there is one bios available on techpowerup for this card, but this bios doesnt work. (fans not spinning, led not working)
I tried a few bios from the original Rx 5600 xt Pulse (not the be version), none of them are working....Leave a comment:

Hi guys! I have a Sapphire RX 5600 xt pulse be which has all voltages present, no short, but no picture. Fans are not spinning, led is not working, but the gpu is getting hot. The computer posts because the rgb on my keyboard turns on. The debug led on my motherboard lights up at the gpu. It is not present in device manager as a secondary gpu. I wrote a new bios to the card (1 was available on techpowerup), nothing changed. I checked the pex reset, which seems to be good. All the pcie lanes are good, as well as the caps over the pcie lanes. Any idea how to continue finding the problem?

5V is generated by an FFK530. It has 3.6V vcc and 3.95V enable.Leave a comment:

I found an arek 535 on a sapphire rx 5600 xt, and I soldered it onto this card, still nothing. I changed 2 resistors which were next to this chip (1 of them is connecting to pg the other is i think enable), nothing changed. I have no idea what to do with this card.Leave a comment:

This is what i have already replaced. It was an AREK043 and the replacement was AREF946 (i think they are the same). I couldnt get an exact replacement for AREK043. (0 information on the internet about this arek043)Leave a comment:

Hi guys! I have a faulty RX 5700 Pulse which has no 1.8V. I want to repair it, because the gpu is 100% functional. Interestingly, I had the same problem a few months ago with this card. I worked a lot diagnosing and "repairing" the card (I replaced 2 caps and 2 resistors at the 1.8v line, but nothing changed). After a few weeks, I was measuring the voltages when I noticed that the gpu is hot. I plugged the card into my pc, and it worked fine. I wasnt able to believe its working.
