My PWR_SWIN#3 is 3.3v and goes to 0v when i press the power button, but nothing happens. +v3al is 3.3v always.

HP Elitebook 8560w board diagram or help
Hi, I am trying to find a board diagram for a VANHALEN_HR_HPB MV_MB1_V2 010164g00-600-g motherboard. I already have the schematic for opening in board view. The problem with the laptop is that it doesnt turn on with the battery plugged in nor the ac adapter. On ac it shows the flash led indicator blinking white and orange alternatively. Can anyone help? -
