Thanks for your help! Unfortunately its still not working. It turns on, gets warm, fans turn on but never get image on the display. I tried flashing on two different chips just in case but same result. Not sure where to go from here. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks....

Was wondering if you can help me with this one.
a1706 emc 3071, 820-00239-a, sn: C02TL7U0GTFJ
I dumped bios.fin file, cleaned password, flashed cleaned file to chip but now it will not boot. It does turn on and charges according to my amp meter. It gets warm and fans turn on but no display. I think my dump is bad/ corrupt.
