that 360 is having video card issues, i would send it back to ms to be repaired, and the rattle is normal just a position sensor.

the current theory is that the boards did not get baked long enough allowing the bga chips to move a little when they get hot, or getting so hot that it is desoldering the video chips, some people were have a little luck with a heat gun rebaking the board
