Hi, I have an ASUS STRIX GTX 1080. Board number CG413P Rev 1.0.
I am missing Vcore, Vmem and PEX. No shorts on major power rails and I have 5v and 1.8v. I checked UP9511P and I have 5v on VCC and 2.4V on EN but I still don't have Vcore. Any ideas? Thanks!

Palit GTX 750 TI - No Display
All voltage rails are present. However I'm getting 1.2v on vcore which seems off? This GPU has test points. Testing NVVDD its sort of shorted to ground, I'm getting 1.2 ohms. Is this normal? I also have the same on FBVDDQ. No shorted mosfets. Any ideas? Thanks!

Shorting Motherboard PWR Pins Does Nothing
This is a bench test so I've tried booting without components (No SSD, No GPU, With/Without RAM, With/Without CPU). I only have the CPU Fan plugged in and Buzzers.
PSU is all good. 5VSB present, standby LEDS light up. No shorted MOSFETS on CPU. I know there has to be a short somewhere. Anyone has an idea where to start looking? Thanks!

ASUS P6X58D Premium - No Display / MemOK LED
I have an ASUS P6X58D Premium motherboard that is not posting and gives no display.
First I thought that it was corrupted bios so I flashed the latest bios using an external programmer. Still nothing. So I thought that the bios chip is faulty. Used a different chip still the same result and used the original chip in a different motherboard and it worked, so its not the chip.
CPU and RAM are known working (tested on 2 motherboards). No bent pins in socket.
What I noticed is that the MemOK light stays on and according to the manual its some sort of compatibility...

AMD Radeon RX 570 - Not Detected
I have an AMD Radeon RX 570, I think this is the Reference model? Not really sure. Has the numbers 109-D00947-00_02 near the PCIe.
Here's what it looks like.
https://www.newegg.com/amd-radeon-rx-570/p/27N-0018-00089
It's not getting detected by the motherboard.
I get 1 long 3 short beeps.
Even if I place it in 2nd pcie slot with known working gpu in 1st slot and display cable in the working gpu, I still wont get a post and same beep error.
I checked all voltage rails and they seem to be fine.
GPU is getting warm....
