Hi everyone
I have a couple of questions to ask if I may.
I have a couple of issues, the main one is that of the horizontal lines at the top of the screen.
These fade in and fade out as I change menu's. However fine lines are there when playing a movie say.
I have re-seated the cables and the T-con ribbon cables, one of which I think needs replacing on the
right hand side as I have a one green fine line vertical on the right now. So where is the best place
to get a single ribbon cable?

So my Nan is in her 90's now with degrading eyesight and mostly chair bound. So I was looking online for a larger TV for my nan.
I found one this Sony TV, going free with the statement that it would not power on, so that to me sounded like a far easier fix.
So I plugged the TV and I get to see the menu's clear but they are in a lower bit rate. So put the TV in the other room I did not connect the TV to the aerial as that was in the other room, so I wanted to test... -

Hi yes I could get the menus up and they was very clear not like when I put played a DVD for example.
I did not tune the TV in, I was hoping to check the picture via the DVD and HDMI channel.
They said it would not power on, but it did for me and the issue with the lvds card.
So originally I thought about just change out the PSU card, but it was not until I plugged it in DVD then I the pixel issue.

It had the same issue as the original card but I could get both sides to work as well as the other card.
So then I though do I put the old card back in and try via the USB and update if I can locate one.
Or does in need re tuning from aerial after the card install.
Else does know what other main component could cause the issue as everyone points to the card I have just replaced.

Hi
Is there a way how I tell that this card is either:
T370HW03 V.B
Or
T370HW03 V.0
I did try another card but it did not seat as easy on the ribbon cable. It also did not solve the issue.
Also does anyone know where I can download the update for this to put on to a USB flash drive please.
I have attached the other card, but the central chip looks like it's had something on it. another used card sold as new....Leave a comment:

Hi Everyone
I have gone back to the card supplier. They say that you have different screen T370HW03 V.B and that I got is T370HW03 V.0
I could not see any V.X
As you will see the boards versions match so I am not sure if this is true.
I attach a photo of the boards top was original one.

Same board he replace's the IC with AS15 G at 8.21 in the video and solves the issue.
Please correct me if I am wrong but the replacement IC's are
AS15F, AS15 G, AS15 U, AS15 H, AS15 HF, AS15 AF.
This replaces the:
RW5101
A0W936.1
0930A5TG

Diah : I have attached better photo's in macro so you can read the chip ID better.
Lotas : Please see attached, does this chip have a gamma issue, and which chipset should I have to avoid this issue.
dskall : Yes I did think that myself as I can't confirm the other board that I purchased was good other than what the seller stated. If that's not correct then we are looking at a different problem but everyone leads to this card, to be the source of the issue.

Maybe wrong format ( in which sense please)
Are you referring to bit i.e. 8 to 16 or 32 bit I could not see any setting that referred to this.

Hello everyone thank you in advance for taking your time to help me solve this issue.
I have a screen that is showing a negative look or low pixel resolution. I have attached a photo here of the current issue.
I did some research and everyone pointed to a small chip on one PCB that's was the cause on the T-CON LVDS BOARD. So I managed to locate another board same version. I swapped out the board only not to have solved the problem to my disappointment.
So here I am asking if anyone has some advice in regards to this, is there another main cause. ... -
