Hello
I bougt a Evga gtx 980 ti that had a shorted drmos, after I change it the card boots up and works fine intil i start a game(heavy load) then it crash and reboots.
The voltage is stabil on vcore, se attachments.
I have pwm pulse on all inductors.
Shuld i also change the driver (ncp81162)?
Can sombody help here??... -

The gpu is dead, after i removed all ramchips the gpu was still shorted with 1,8ohms and got warm.
I dont have knowledge or equipment to remove gpu.tanks for all responsen.Leave a comment:

Ok, tanks, yes bad Luck for me.

I have a shorted vmem 0ohm and shorted high mosfet(12v), i removed the inductors and injected low voltage and 8amps.
2 of the ramchips got hot and i removed them, they was shorted and i now have 0,8ohms on the board to rest of the ram and controller(gpu).
My question: is there any chance that Gpu could survive this and is any point to proceed to remove all ramchips.
And could someone get me schematics and boardoverview.
