Well Try some unlocked BIOS files from the thread since you already wiped the chip (Search for Y13G012S4EI and pick the unlocked ones)
I forgot what I wanted to confirm but your backup is bad anyway, you only dumped half the chip (first 800000h)
I think you selected the wrong chip manually looks like you chose W25Q64 instead of W25Q128...
