My Viewsonic VX1962WM (1680x1050 @ 60Hz, 19") has, for the last week or so, been extremely pixelated, flickering, and powering off randomly. I've owned it for three or four years

All of these problems occur on every computer I test this monitor on, so the problem lies with the monitor, not any software.

I've opened up the monitor and disconnected the board, but I'm not sure how to identify capacitor problems, so I took some pictures:
