Hallo! I carefully check all the tips. At first there were bad transistors C5707 I chaged them, but after few hours problem repeated. I changed all capacitors and resolder transformer solder. And changed transistors again, but two of them all the time "blow".
Fuse is ok.

Some of capacitors are larger then original, but it's just becouse I could not get the right rated voltage so I took higher voltage caps, but the same capacitanceMonitor HP-1940....
