Please let me know if I need to make a new thread.
I also have an Inspiron 3580 I'm trying to fix for a friend that has a PW issue. I am able to get into the Bios, but can't make changes due to an Admin PW. bios-pw.org does not generate an unlock key.

Bios 1.16.0
System number: 467G803-E7A8
