The voltages are fine, I tried disconnecting the boards and the panel, no change helped. On the old bios without backlight without 12v on the t-con, in your bios I already have a backlight and 12v on the t-con but the TV has no picture and keeps resettingLeave a comment:

I tried again on the old chip. I wasn't sure who I was verifying. The first time when verified, an error popped up, so I repeated the procedure and the error didn't pop up anymore. The TV does the same thing, red led after turning on the blue led, the backlight turns on, which has not turned on yet, and turns off again to red led and blue again and so on. Before, it did the same thing but without the backlight. In both cases without an imageLeave a comment:
