Its possible that bios dump is not good (read and write), I write to chip but pc not start -

Hi,
I am new in forum, working whit computers since Commodore 64 (own 2 defect units) And Amiga 1200,
I taring to fix HP 260 G4 mini whit bios corrupted error , after reading and writing bios whit programmer pc is not powering on .
I need clean dump to write new IC chip.

I bay online old surface pro 3, after replacing ssd to install WIN7 on it, I found I have password on uefi bios, i don't find to download [B]fptw64.exe[/B] to dump password, any help.
Whit windows 10 its work ok.
