Hello everyone.

I have a Hisense TV 40K321UW that has no led and does not turn on.

I have tested the power supply board
It has 12v at the 12v output when it's not connected to the motherboard. and it has 3.3v at the 12v output when it is connected to the motherboard. It has 0v at the 16v output.

The motherboard has 3.3v at some points, but not at the point marked 3.3v on the motherboard and also not at the eeprom (all pins of eeprom are at 0v)

I have attached image of some of the points where 3.3v was available.

Hello everyone,
I am just trying to get into hardware repairs. Laptops, Desktops, TVs Monitors, etc.

I can do some basic diagnostics and fix minor issues, but when it comes to diagnosing issues with the boards I get stuck with it and thus I am hoping to get some help here with it. Also hope I can help some others in due course.
