I managed to resolve the ‘fixed horizontal lines’ by putting a half inch piece of tape on part of the panel led ribbon. This video helped me although it’s not exactly the same issue. Good luck future readers.

Uhoh, now I notice very faint black horizontal lines on the entire panel. Not terrible but noticeable. Any idea of where I can find replacement diodes?Leave a comment:

Thank you! Removing the two diodes worked for me on my qn65q80raf! First I removed the d002 with no change, then I removed d001 and the TV began functioning properly.Leave a comment:
