Old dump in attached file (8/16MB). Currently is black screen and CAPS LOCK and NUM LOCK 5 led blinks.

You think about main meansure resistor 0,5ohm ? I replaced it with 0.10ohm because that was the only one I had. Unless you have another discovery in mind?
I add file "capacitor.png" I can't find this element on boardview but it's look little strange if its capacitor. It's near to LAN RTL8111H

I replaced HDMI port and Panasonic MN864729, but this did not help to solve problem.
Before replacement, the effect is the same.

After remove PR8918
ACDRV - 0,17V #4
Source and gate on first mosfet - 0,07V
I checked resistance of PC8916 and its value is 4.65 M ohms (measurement in circuit)

First mosfet:
[B]source & drain - 5,18M ohm
source & gate - 3,17M ohm
gate & drain - 4,83M ohm[/B]
Second mosfet:
[B]source & drain - 5,28M ohm
source & gate - 4,70M ohm
gate & drain - 7M ohm[/B]
Additionally, last time I replaced the first and second mosfet, but there was no change. I tested the original mosfet and all the resistance and test diode were fine.
I checked motherboard with a thermal imaging camera and only one...

I checked these resistors yesterday.
Today I tested again and here are the results:
Diode test:
R3013:
+3V - 0,440V
SMB0_CLK - 0,480V
R3020:
+3V - 0,424V
SMB0_DAT - 0,439V
Voltage test:
R3013:
+3V -0,5V up to 0,8V
SMB0_CLK - 0,5V up to 0,8V
R3020:
+3V - 0,5V up to 0,8V
SMB0_DAT - 0,5V up to 0,8V

PR8901 - 0,002 up to 0,05V and I checked reststance -> 154K ohm after removing all power.
when I checked this resistor I had 101K ohm after removing all power.
